2. Server log files and hosting
This website is hosted by Internet XS Service GmbH, Heßbrühlstr. 15, 70565 Stuttgart, Germany. When you access the pages, the server automatically processes technical access data (server log files): shortened/anonymised IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating-system type. This data serves solely the secure, stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a technically flawless presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, for contract-related enquiries, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We do not use a contact form.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This company website sets no consent-requiring cookies and uses no web analytics, no advertising tracking and no social-media plug-ins. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared, except with the hosting provider named above (a processor in Germany). No transfer to third countries takes place. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
6. Retention period
Server log files are stored only for a short period and then deleted. We keep email correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your request; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany. To exercise your rights, contact info@peoplebridge4u.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy when our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published here at the time applies.
